WHAT IS A STAF?
Well, since we throw the term around a lot, it's important that we actually explain what a STAF is… To put it simply, STAFs train the trainers.
The STAFs are salon owners, hairdressers, private educators, session hairdressers, YouTube stars and most importantly, our Lee Stafford Education ambassadors. They are hand picked based on their attitude, character, humbleness, lovability and talent.
They are our walking, talking inspirations; Empowering and inspiring people to be the best they can be. Our STAFs are always growing, sharing and wearing a smile, they’re always there when you need them.
HANNAH FINE
Hannah has worked within the Hairdressing Industry for over 2 decades. Ever since opening Marzipan Hair in 2010, she felt that it was essential to utilise her expertise, connections and experience to offer the next generation of Hair Experts as many opportunities as she possibly could, opening doors and providing access to all that work with her!
LIAM BRADLEY FRY
Liam has 21 years of indispensable Hair Industry experience. As the owner of South-sea’s Hairdressing Salon, Tony Wood, Liam onboards and nurtures many apprentices.
Liam has made it his mission to help his apprentices succeed. He invests in them with a passion and it shows, as some of his students have even grown to become Global Award-Winning Hairstylists.
MARTYN HOLMES
Martyn’s a multi Award-Winning Hairdresser, with over 35 years in the Industry, he’s even featured in many Hair shows on TV.
For Martyn, education is the backbone of building a successful career within hair, so he’s a huge advocate for what we do at LSE, in his own words, Martyn say’s “I can’t take all this knowledge I’ve accumulated with me to heaven, so passing it on to others is the only way forward.” We couldn’t agree more! For us, it’s important to raise up the next gen of talent!
TONY WOOD
Tony specialises in Hair Education, sharing his invaluable 40 years of Hairdressing and Cutting experience with his students.
Throughout Tony’s Award-Winning career, he’s developed a successful Salon, Tony Wood and a chain of UK Barbershops; He’s also participated in Shows, Photoshoots and International Education.
Tony’s our Lead STAF - He’s been with us for over 7 years and even delivered the first ever Lee Stafford Education training session alongside Lee! We truly value his ability to lead our STAFs and teach our students.
DAYNA DAVITT
Dayna’s a classic example of the saying “Hard work pays off”, from rookie to STAF in just under 3 years! She works as a solo driving force, spreading our training and message in Lee Stafford Education colleges all over the UK. She also specialises in leading the LSE online masterclasses, with the intention of motivating and inspiring our students.
Dayna’s a mover and shaker within the Hairdressing Industry, we’re lucky to have her on board!
RORY McPHEE
Specialising in Cutting and Styling, Rory’s career in hair has taken him all over the world, both working and teaching as a high level Facilitator and Educator.
Previously Rory was an artist for Redken, for almost 10 years; He’s also been with Lee from the very beginning of LSE!
When not in one of his Leeds based Salons or educating, he’s performing within the Celebrity-Media world of Hairdressing, on TV, in Music Videos and at Photoshoots, even at Fashion Weeks!
MICHAEL SAUNDERS
Michael shares an enthusiasm for perfecting his craft and uplifting our students - it’s both captivating and inspiring!
Mike believes that an interactive, safe learning environment is essential to fully absorbing the Lee Stafford Education world of hair! If we can explore, learn and have fun all at the same time, then the magic will begin to happen!
PAUL WATTS
Paul's passion for Colour, backed by his technical ability, has made him the ‘go to’ stylist for Colouring. He’s ambitious, so when the opportunity arose to buy the Salon he was working in, he did exactly that and the Paul Watts Salon Group was born!
Paul looks at Colour in a unique way, taking inspiration from the Make-up Industry, Nature, and Art, transitioning their techniques and colour variations into bespoke Hair Artistry.
JAMES ATKINSON
James has been a passionate Hairdresser for 17 years and has spent the last 10 years freelancing as a Global Educator.
In June 2018 James set up his YouTube channel and has since amassed over 75,000 subscribers and 5.5 Million views!
James also runs Digital Hair Academy, The Life Of Hair, with a global variety of students. Ultimately, his purpose is creating Digital Content, using his knowledge to help people to grow both personally and professionally.
LYDIA WOLFE
Lydia’s an International Award-Winning Colour Specialist and the Co-Founder of Jack & the Wolfe.
She’s best known for her creative colour work, which has led to her winning titles such as the Goldwell Colour Zoom National Gold in 2017 and 2018, as well as International Stylist’s Favourite in Barcelona!
Lydia takes a keen interest in adapting highly technical colour methods into fast, salon friendly trends.
